Once a women announces that she is officially pregnant the ‘what not to do’s’ start coming their way. These days most of the ‘what to do’ and ‘not to do’s’ comes from years of myths and wives’ tales pasted on from generation to generation. Here are 6 pregnancy myths you might have been told that have been found to be FALSE.

1. Baths – When women are pregnant they shouldn’t take baths – FALSE. Pregnant women can take warm baths. They should avoid taking HOT baths as it is not good for the pregnancy. Warm baths are a good way for them to relax and help soothe uncomfortable ailments.
